Although Harveys doesn’t have the number of machines and tables as Las Vegas casinos, Harveys does a great job in filling the space correctly with over 900 slot machines and a vast amount of table games, including all the favorites like Craps, Three Card Poker.

Biometric Information: We may collect personally identifiable information about you that includes biometric data, such as digital photographs, video, and other biometric information (collectively, “Biometric Information”). Collection of Biometric Information may be through technological means including, but not limited to, identification document scanners and digital cameras. In such cases, we will only use these technologies as permitted by applicable law. Full House will not use Biometric Information for marketing purposes.
Information from your browser or electronic devices: The Resorts may collect information that is sent to us by your web browser or electronic device. This information may include your IP address, operating system, the name and version of browser, the date and time of your visit, and the webpages you visited and such information is dependent upon your browser or electronic device settings. The information we receive from web browsers and electronic devices may or may not be personally identifiable. However, we may combine it with other information in an attempt to identify you, or we may combine it with information that does identify you.
Cookies and Web Tracking: Like most companies, we use “cookies” and other non-personal technologies on our Websites. “Cookies” are computer files that are temporarily stored on the web browser you are using when you visit our Websites. This refers to information that does not identify a specific individual. All deletion requests are subject to verification of your identity. D. Requests to Opt-Out of Sale of Your Personal Information
You have the right to opt-out of having your Personal Information sold to third parties. Note that Full House does not sell any personal information of California residents.
E. Verification Procedures
In order to verify requests made pursuant to the CCPA, we may require at least two (2) pieces of identifying information that match information maintained by us. In some cases, we may require additional identifying information and a signed declaration attesting to your identity. In situations where we receive a request from an authorized agent on your behalf, we may require written proof that the agent is, in fact, authorized to act on your behalf and we may take additional steps to verify your identity and the authorized agent’s identity. In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to exercise your rights under the (B) Right to Know or (C) Right to Delete provisions described above if we are unable to verify your identity. If we are unable to comply with all or a portion of your request, we will provide you a written explanation as to why we cannot comply with the request.

- Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented to enroll in the Players Advantage Club® (PAC) or to obtain additional or replacement cards.
- By participating in the PAC, players agree to accept all rules, terms and conditions of this program. - PAC accounts with no activity for 365 consecutive days are subject to cancellation at the discretion of Grand Lodge Casino and any unredeemed points or bonuses may be forfeited at any time thereafter. Upon cancellation, Grand Lodge Casino will maintain your information for reactivation and marketing/promotional purposes unless requested not to.
- It is the responsibility of the PAC member to ensure their card is properly inserted in slot machines and “accepted” for play. Grand Lodge Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player neglect or improper insertion of card.
- In order to be eligible for exclusive PAC benefits, direct mail promotions, bonuses, special events, event invitations and newsletters, participants are responsible for notifying Grand Lodge Casino of any name, address or phone number change(s).
- Qualification for receiving promotions, points and complimentaries is based on level of play. Management reserves the right to revoke, modify or revise the qualifications, at any time, without prior notice.
- Qualification for the Platinum and Gold programs is based on Reward Point accumulation (table and slot play). Reward points are based on length of play, average wager and the type of game played. - Grand Lodge Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Players Advantage Club®. Grand Lodge Casino, at its discretion, may replace lost or stolen cards.
- PAC cards are for the personal use of the individual who was issued the card. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with the PAC Membership Rules. Any misuse or fraud may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding PAC privileges, points and benefits.
- Up to 3 Players Advantage cards may be issued to a PAC member. Grand Lodge Casino may limit the number of cards issued to any member. All cards are property of Grand Lodge Casino. PAC card accounts are non-transferable.
- Grand Lodge Casino is not responsible for operational errors or malfunctions with respect to PAC, including defective cards. Grand Lodge Casino reserves the right to adjust point balances as a result of operational errors or malfunctions.
- Grand Lodge Casino retains the right at its discretion to refuse services to anyone for any legally permissible reason.
- Grand Lodge Casino reserves the right to revoke, modify or revise the PAC program in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.
